Send Your Auto has specific terms and conditions, which we have grouped and listed below. To take advantage of the services offered by Send Your Auto and start saving, you must read and accept the following policies, including those set out in the Privacy Policy section.
Privacy Policy
If you do not agree with these terms of use, you will not be able to access the benefits offered by our certified carriers. By continuing to browse this website, you agree to the following rules, accept them and undertake to observe them strictly. We encourage you to review this User Agreement periodically, as the rules may change over time. To stay up to date with the terms and conditions of service, please check regularly to make sure that no content has been modified or replaced. THE GENERAL RULES Below we set out the terms, rules, guidelines and acceptable behaviour, together with any other information needed for permitted use of the site.
1. General conditions of use
1.1 We do our best to ensure that the information on Send Your Auto is as authentic and truthful as possible. However, we accept no responsibility for its absolute accuracy. Because the site is constantly updated, it may contain inaccurate information, despite our best efforts.
1.2 The dissemination on this site of indecent, offensive, denigrating, threatening, defamatory, libellous, obscene, insulting, vulgar, violent, abusive or pornographic content is strictly prohibited. Any action intended to encourage any form of discrimination or ethnic hatred is also expressly prohibited.
1.3 We do our best to keep improving the security of the site. However, if you, as a User, feel “affected” by any kind of offensive action, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible. Once the problem has been reported, we will act accordingly and take the measures needed to ensure that all appropriate security safeguards are in place. This may include restricting access to your account or even suspending it. Legal action may be taken against anyone who fails to comply with our rules.
1.4 We guarantee that the website is available 24 hours a day. However, we accept no responsibility for temporary service interruptions or unexpected page failures. 1.5 If you discover that the website is not working properly or contains incorrect information, please notify the Company. You acknowledge that the website may not work consistently across all supported software and screen sizes. The Company is not obliged to resolve the issue free of charge or to a specific timescale, but will use this feedback to improve the quality of the website at its sole discretion, with or without notice to the Customer.
2. User licence
2.1 You acknowledge and agree that this site, Send Your Auto, contains confidential information. Our content may not be sold, reproduced or distributed without specific written permission. All third-party trade marks, service marks and logos are the property of their respective owners. Any additional rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
2.2 By submitting content to any area or section of the website, you grant the Company and its affiliates a perpetual and irrevocable right and licence.
3. Disclaimer
3.1 By accepting this agreement, you release Send Your Auto from any responsibility for any problems and/or damage caused by errors and/or inaccuracies.
3.2 Send Your Auto is an online portal that connects private individuals with reliable transport companies. That said, it remains a virtual space and, as such, is not responsible for any logistical disruption. Although rare, loss, theft or damage to goods cannot be attributed in any way to the site’s owners.
3.3 While we do everything we can to make sure everything runs smoothly, it is impossible to verify the absolute accuracy and truthfulness of the offers. However, we are committed to detecting any anomalous or fraudulent behaviour promptly.
3.4 The Company expressly reserves the right to alter, modify or delete parts of the site or the entire offering, or to cease publication, without notice.
3.5 Send Your Auto accepts no responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of linked sites and offers. It is not responsible for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content, nor for any damage resulting from the use or non-use of transport services. The Company is therefore not liable for compensation of any kind.
3.6 You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of this website and of the internet in general. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, Send Your Auto, and/or any other site linked to it.
4. External links to this site
4.1 The site contains external links leading to web pages and content hosted on other websites, which means that users may access external sites owned by third parties. Access to these sites is at the user’s own risk; Send Your Auto has no control over them and therefore assumes no responsibility for any consequences arising from their use.
4.2 We encourage hyperlinking between web pages, both to and from Send Your Auto, provided that no false information is given.
5. Other terms of use
5.1 Registration and management of requests
Registration with Send Your Auto is completely free for all users. To ensure an efficient service, staff require users to provide complete and accurate contact details (email address and telephone number). Incomplete or incorrect information will prevent staff from processing the request.
All required fields on the registration form must be completed in full before your request can be processed. Transport requests must relate to services to be carried out within 30 days of the request date; this is necessary to allow carriers to provide accurate quotes and to schedule the service properly.
5.2 Acceptance of the conditions
By accepting the quote, the user also accepts the general conditions set out in this paragraph.
5.3 Commissions and awarding
If the job is awarded, the user will pay a commission calculated on the basis of the price set by the carrier. The job is considered awarded when the user formally accepts the quote proposed by the carrier via the platform.
5.4 Commission changes
Commission amounts may be changed with at least 10 days’ notice, communicated by email to the address provided by the user and by publication in the dedicated section of the site. During any promotional periods, commissions may be reduced or suspended, with notice of the relevant conditions.
5.5 Post-award changes
The commission paid will not be refunded if, after accepting the quote, the user requests substantial changes such as: changes to the agreed date, changes to the route or changes to the type of goods to be transported, or if, for other reasons attributable to the user’s conduct, the carrier is unable to carry out the transport within the agreed timeframe. This provision is justified by the need to protect the carrier’s operational organisation and the commitments already undertaken.
Quotes are valid for 15 days.
5.6 Payment terms
The commission must be paid within 24 hours of accepting the quote, or by the following day; this is necessary to allow final confirmation of the service and the logistical organisation of the transport.
5.7 Consequences of late payment
Payment of the commission after the deadline indicated in Section 5.5 will automatically cancel the booking. In this case, any late payment will not be refunded, without prejudice to the user’s right to request a new booking based on current availability.
5.8 For new users
Advance payment is required. If the service has to be cancelled, the following conditions will apply, in proportion to the costs actually incurred and the services already provided:
- Cancellation during the transport organisation phase: 5% of the amount paid will be retained to cover administrative costs already incurred;
- Cancellation within 48 hours of collection: 15% of the amount paid will be retained to cover organisational costs and any penalties due to carriers already contacted;
- Cancellation within 24 hours of collection: 50% of the amount paid will be retained, given the advanced state of organisation of the service;
- Cancellation on the day of collection: 60% of the amount paid will be retained, without prejudice to the possibility of rescheduling the service at no further charge.
5.9 Partial payments
If a partial payment is required as a deposit, the following conditions will apply:
Cancellation during the organisation phase: 30% of the amount paid will be retained.
Cancellation within 48 hours: 50% of the amount paid will be retained.
Cancellation within 24 hours: 100% of the amount paid will be retained.
Cancellation on the day of collection: 100% of the amount paid will be retained.
Final confirmation and documentation
Final booking confirmation will be valid only once the accounting documentation for the commission payment has been submitted and the required tax forms have been completed.
IMPORTANT: any delay, error or omission in submitting tax information may delay confirmation of the service. The Company undertakes to communicate any problems promptly and to provide assistance in completing the documentation correctly.
5.10 Loading and unloading at affiliated depots
If the transport of the vehicle starts and ends at an affiliated depot, the deposit paid will not be refunded in the event of cancellation and will be retained as compensation for reserving the space at the depot(s) and for the payment of organisation costs.
5.11 How the service operates
Collection and delivery points are located near motorway junctions to optimise transport routes. The carrier will notify the user of the expected collection time 2-3 hours in advance. Road transport is highly susceptible to delays caused by third parties (traffic, congestion, bad weather and so on). In the event of delays by the carrier at the loading (departure) or delivery (arrival) stage, and/or in the event of additional costs (for example, a vehicle held in a paid depot, or other factors), Send Your Auto and the carrier are not liable.
If all carriers are busy, the request will automatically be rescheduled according to the new availability and the user will be informed promptly of the new timescales.
Carriers do not operate transport services during national holidays; requests received during these periods will therefore be scheduled for the first available service. If there is any inconsistency in the customer’s description of the vehicle (a car of greater size or weight) or in the stated mechanical condition (running or not running, wheels that turn freely or not), the carrier will be authorised either to request a change to the rate or, if the customer does not accept, to request payment of the penalty for failure to load.
Shipping days are defined as working days.
5.12 Limitations of liability and protections for the user
Send Your Auto operates as a digital intermediation platform between users and carriers. Liability for any damage to transported vehicles is governed by transport regulations and by the insurance policies of the appointed carrier.
The user must report any damage found promptly, following the procedures indicated by the carrier and the relevant insurance company. Send Your Auto assumes no direct responsibility for damage, but guarantees full cooperation in helping to resolve disputes between the user and the carrier.

6.1 If the winning Carrier, for whatever reason, is forced to modify a booking after the quote has been accepted but before the service has been provided, Send Your Auto enables the two parties to communicate with each other, with the aim of reaching a friendly agreement and therefore an amicable solution. In this case, the commission will not be refunded to the user. In the event of non-loading, the conditions relating to cancellation of the transport (points 5.8 and 5.9) apply.
6.2 If the user cancels the transport request on the same day as loading, the carrier reserves the right to apply a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the transport plus VAT, and the commission will not be refunded. If the cancellation is made the day before, the penalty applied may be 20% of the total cost of the transport plus VAT, to cover the organisational and operational costs already incurred by the carrier. Send Your Auto will allow the two parties to communicate with each other, attempting to reach a friendly agreement and therefore an amicable solution.
6.3 Cancellations of transport requests must be sent exclusively by email, preferably in reply to the transport contract confirmation message. Only requests received by email will be considered; cancellations made through other channels will be disregarded.
